Small forward/reverse controller for scale models

Suitable eg for Dunker, Bühler or small speed motors, in smaller models.
This controller is designed exclusively for brush motors, it is not suitable for BL motors!

Features:

5-12 cells NiCd NiMh / 6 or 12 volt lead / 2-3 S Lipo with automatic cell count detection and undervoltage protection.

Lipo undervoltage protection. At around 3,3 volts per cell, the maximum output is limited to 25% and the controller gives stuttering gas - almost only short, fast gas impulses. That way you know it's time to go back.

Optical control of the lipo mode .... the controller shows via LED whether the lipo protection is active.

Silent driving with high switching frequency (18KHz) over the entire speed range. The regulation of the engine is completely silent - there are no engine whistles and beeps. Only the mechanical noises of the drive can be heard.

quick reversal of polarity that is gentle on the motor: when reversing the polarity from forward to reverse, the controller brakes the motor fully automatically and as quickly as possible, in order to then immediately accelerate in the opposite direction. This controller does NOT have a proportional brake, as is usual with RC car controllers. The full stick travel is therefore available for proportional forward and reverse control. As a result, there are hardly any noticeable polarity reversal delays close to the zero point. The fastest motor reversal is therefore possible.

Perfect failsafe (receiver signal is constantly checked) LED indicates when the received signal is lost.

Engine acknowledgment (connect to the battery for the setup function and for the OK messages)

Start-up protection (The controller only goes into operation when the throttle stick is set to 0. This rules out accidental start-up of the motor)

Super-sensitive control behavior 10-bit resolution. The standard is 8 bits for the vast majority of commercially available controllers. As a result, the motor can be controlled extremely sensitively. The resolution of the control is therefore higher by a factor of 4.

Protection against splashing water thanks to protective coating and shrink tubing.
