The trough consists of a sturdy ABS part and has a movable and automatically unlocking tailgate. The maximum payload is 10 kg and the trough can be tipped wirelessly using the optionally available ACU-01 spindle drive unit. (Item 10832) The unmistakable design of the new Arocs is as unusual as the truck as a whole. For example, the look specially developed for construction vehicles includes a radiator grille in the so-called excavator tooth look, which is intended to convey the message: -Bite through and grab hold-. In keeping with the robust appearance, special protective grilles for the lighting system are attached to the bumper. With the 576 mm long and around 3,5 kg heavy kit model, impressive trailers can be put together. The tried and tested and robust TAMIYA truck technology can be found under the driver's cab, which can be tilted forwards. A new Mighty-Tuned 35T electric motor delivers its power to the two rear axles via a switchable 3-speed gearbox. A detailed aluminum ladder frame gives the model the necessary stability and flexibility. A special additional frame was installed for the trough, which makes the model particularly stable. A tow bar (e.g. item 7876) can be attached to the rear part of the frame and used to pull trailers. With the optionally available multifunctional unit, almost all of the sound and light functions of the original can be simulated in a deceptively realistic way. The basis for the trailer is a newly developed torsion-resistant frame (sandwich construction) made of 3 and 1 mm laser-cut sheet steel. A new suspension is also included, which can be optionally raised by 8 mm and thus compensates for the fifth wheel level of a raised tractor. However, this can also be installed without raising the vehicle; both suspension variants are included in the kit. The installed shock absorber and air spring dummies function as on/off spring travel limiters. This enables greater axle articulation and reproduces a true-to-original driving image. Depending on the load and requirements, the six aluminum stanchions on the chassis can be infinitely positioned or removed. These are loosened or fixed using the two countersunk grub screws. A solid steel front wall ensures that the load is secured to the front of the tractor. Two work lights (500907144) can optionally be mounted on the front wall and on the rear of the frame; the fastenings are already provided.
