Connection terminal for switching outputs For easy wiring of BEIER UFR-1230, SFR-1, UFR-1230D. AKL-8. Scope of delivery:10-pin connection terminal with spring contacts10-pin flat edge cable, color-coded, approx. 20cm long, with post couplings on both sidesOperating instructions
1x data cable K-USB-2. For live diagnosis, transfer of sound projects. Connection via USB interface. The data cable is NOT required. With the data cable K-USB-2, the sound modules SFR-1, SFR-1-D, USM-HL-2, light modules LM-xx, USM-RC-2 and USM-RC-3 as well as the speed controllers UFR-1230 /UFR-1230-D can be connected to a PC via a USB interface. The data cable has two functions:1. Live diagnosisWith the help of the data cable, the sound teacher can receive and display the current diagnostic data live (e.g. position of the proportional channels, status of the inputs and outputs, nautic values, etc.). This option is very helpful when troubleshooting.Note:The sound modules SFR-xx, USM-HL-2 and USM-RC-x can also save the diagnostic data on the SD card. This recorded data can be viewed without a data cable using the Sound Teacher's diagnostic function. However, the saved values have the disadvantage that you only see the "past" and not what is currently happening (live) on the module. 2. Transferring the configurations and sounds from the Sound Teacher/Drive Teacher to the SFR-x, USM-HL-2, USM-RC-x and UFR-1230/UFR-1230-D modules If a sound or a setting in the configuration is to be changed, the SD card must normally be unplugged from the module, plugged into the PC's card reader, the project data saved to the SD card using the Sound Teacher and the card plugged back into the sound module. However, if changes are made frequently, which occur particularly when the device is first put into operation or when testing new functions, unplugging and plugging can quickly become annoying. Using the data cable, all changes can be easily transferred to the sound module without having to keep re-plugging the SD card. However, transferring sounds using the data cable is relatively slow! A sound that is 10 seconds long takes around 60 seconds to transfer using the data cable. Therefore, transferring long sounds or large, new projects using the data cable is only advisable to a limited extent. The data cable is not absolutely necessary for setting up the sound module, but is often very helpful if you want to work a lot with the various setting options of the sound module.
Connection terminal for switching outputs For easy wiring of BEIER UFR-1230, UFR-1230D, SFR-1. AKL-8-W connection terminal with slot for 8 series resistors. With 20cm flat cable
1x 10-pin ribbon cable for BEIER sound module USM-RC-2, USM-RC-3, as well as sound controllers of the SFR series, controllers of the UFR series, light modules LM-BT-16-4, LM-IR-16-4. Length: 100cm.
1x Y-cable with fuse holder For connection to battery and travel controller With Dean's T-connector, fuse 4A. For Beier sound module. Matching connectors and couplings can be found as article 7835.
Output test board LED-8. For easy testing/checking of the outputs of various Beier modules. LED-8. A practical tool for checking the switching outputs of the following BEIER modules: Sound module USM-RC-3 Sound speed controller SFR-1 Double sound speed controller SFR-1-D Sound speed controller for the tanks from Torro/Taigen and Heng Long SFR-1-HL Speed controller UFR-1230 Double speed controller UFR-1230-D Light modules LM-BT-16-4 and LM-IR-16-4 Attention: Not suitable for the sound module USM-RC-2!With the LED output test board, the light settings of up to eight outputs can be easily displayed and checked. The board is particularly helpful in the planning and testing phase. All light functions, various settings, output sequences and automatic or combined lights can be tested before the actual wiring. If there are problems with the lighting, you can quickly find out whether these are due to the sound teacher settings or the wiring or hardware. The output test board is connected directly to the BEIER modules. The LEDs of outputs 1 and 2 light up red, outputs 3 and 4 green, outputs 5 and 6 yellow and outputs 7 and 8 blue. The length of the ribbon cable is approx. 20 cm.
1x connection terminal with constant current outputs AKL-10-K, allows the connection of LEDs without a series resistor. No soldering work thanks to spring clamps. Suitable for BEIER USM-RC-2 and EXM-2. The AKL-10-K enables easy connection of LEDs to the sound module USM-RC-2 and to the extension module EXM-2 without additional soldering work. The constant current source has 10 separate and current-limited outputs for directly controlling LEDs. Each constant current source delivers a current of approx. 20 mA, regardless of the supply voltage, making it easy to connect LEDs without additional series resistors. The constant current source can be plugged directly into the sound and expansion module using the ribbon cable provided. The battery voltage is connected to the black screw terminal. The lighting can now be wired up easily without additional soldering using the spring-loaded terminals of outputs 1 - 10.Technical data:Supply voltage (Ub):Double screw terminals for the supply voltageCurrent consumption: Quiescent current: approx. 10 mA, + 20 mA per outputOutputs:10 piecesPlus (anode) and minus (cathode) of the LEDs must be connectedConnection cable: 10-pin ribbon cable, 20 cm long, can be plugged directly into the sound moduleDimensions:53 x 52 x 20 mmWeight:35 g
1x connection terminal with relay outputs With the AKL-10-R, consumers with a high current consumption (up to 10A) can be connected to the sound module or EXM-2 without additional soldering work. 6V
