The year is slowly but to an end. Time to reflect on this year again present you further developments as well as easy to say THANK YOU.
Review
Years ago, about one and a half, we have made the decision to make our Internet presence fundamentally new. In order to take this giant step, we have a little earlier than usual, our online shop is closed to make preparations for the changeover. Then it went to the reaction:
We have edited or modified programming, design, hardware, software, internal operations and order processing all these issues. In implementing gave us our IT Agency Clever System actively supported. For this purpose, again a big thank you from our side.
I just dare to say, the changes paid off :-)
Over the whole year we received an enormous encouragement and praise for our courage. Especially the way our service to evaluate offers us the opportunity to gather direct feedback from you. We were able to take some suggestions and criticisms that we all take very seriously. For one or the other problem we were able to very quickly provide a solution. In this way, I want to thank you for the terrific feedback me before. You help us with it to further improve our service. I would also like to invite you on this journey this opportunity to continue to use intensive.
After the re-opening of our online shop we have not sat back, we have expanded throughout the year our performance and services offered. I would like to mention here the various innovations again briefly:

- Translation of the complete online shops in more than 10 languages
- A notepad will not forget the
- AutoComplete when entering the address
- Expansion of the range
- Information about each step of the ordering process
- Individualized products (color selection, free texts, etc.)

- Cooperation with gery's Model Blog
And these are just a few new features. And do not worry, there will be still a lot. More on this later in view of 2017.
But in the background as many things changed. Procedures have been simplified considerably, our picking, we have significantly more efficient and we hired additional staff. At this point a very big thank you to our employees, without whom this development would not have been feasible. Thank You so successfully disputed with us this year. We are looking forward to next year :-)
Outlook
As we have already said, we take customer reviews extremely seriously. Guess what we adjust next year.
Right, the shipping! What this looks like exactly, I need you to be patient for a few days. but I can already anticipate that it will be an extremely positive development for you. In addition, we will offer in the course of the first quarter 2017 an evening delivery and additional services for you.
We believe that we have found with DHL an extremely reliable partner for all shipping solutions. of course, exceptions prove the rule. but I think we have finally found a solution to any problem with the delivery. Here we are in close contact with DHL and so could also realize many special requests.
Furthermore, we still have many ideas in the drawer waiting to be implemented. In terms of software solutions, product range and suppliers, we will once again surprise 2017 with one or the other. At this point we can not give any details yet, but it will definitely be worthwhile to visit us regularly.
