This paste-like polish uses ultra-fine particles required for finishing smooth surface finishes (after paint or clearcoat application), giving your model a highly lustrous finish. It can also be used to polish scratches from transparent plastic parts. Repeat this process until you have achieved the desired result. For application and polishing use the original TAMIYA polishing cloths, article 8938. The following TAMIYA Polishing Compounds are available for further applications: 10982 Polishing Compound Coarse (for heavy paint inclusions). 10983 Polishing Compound Fine (fine particles / polish off the slightest inclusions / give the last coating layer or the clearcoat a special deep shine). Before further application of paint, rinse the surface under running water and allow to dry.
