HPS3 is a control unit that drives a hydraulic pump BL in response to 3 hydraulic servos.
If one of the driven up to 3 hydraulic servos by over 16% from the rest position, the HPS3 start a hydraulic pump signal.
This signal controls over any throttle or a PS16oT module the hydraulic pump motor. The motor immediately at (full throttle) and as long as the request is pending - plus 8 second lag. After that, the BL-pump motor stops again.
Thus, the pump motor does not run continuously, but only when also demand really exists.
