A key component is the customer contact, we aim to be as simple and direct as possible make. That is why we are now represented on other social media channels. Here is an overview of where we are found everywhere:
Of course you can send us as usual reach by mail or telephone, these are only additional training in order to be always up to date.
We would be pleased to welcome one or another as a fan / follower on the various platforms.
Another important point is the subject of reviews. You have the opportunity here to use various ways. Each User feedback helps us to improve ourselves and we accept any seriously. If really time something goes wrong, we ask only with us to contact and to be as detailed as possible in your review. Unfortunately we can daily in no heads :-)
- Buyer Siegel: After a purchase made, you get a few days after your order is received, a call for evaluation of various criteria in our Onlienshop.
- Product review: You have the opportunity to evaluate each item. Future customers can then record your review with in your buying decision.
- Google: Search on www.google.de after Fechtner Modelling and there you have also to assess us with up to 5 stars and leave a free text possibility.
- On our facebook page you can also leave reviews in the form of up to 5 stars and a free text.
If once but really time something goes wrong, we ask you to contact us. By telephone or by e-mail (community@fechtner-modellbau.de). We will always do our best to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
