Since last weekend we were told by some customers that there were problems when the customer more, or a lot of articles stored in the cart. This mainly affected series purchaser who were choosing their products laboriously Modellbaushop and then finally order wanted.
the shop was either very slow also due to increased traffic, or there was at worst an Internal Server Error. The server problem has now been resolved by our IT agency Clever system in cooperation with our web host team.
We ask this inconvenience to apologize and thank you especially for the customer, who taught us about these problems.
