Infrared light module LM-IR-16-4 for the BEIER modules

1x infrared light module LM-IR-16-4 for the BEIER modules USM-RC-2 and -RC-3, SFR-1 for controlling lights on the semi-trailer/trailer. Also compatible with UFR-123.

This module is required in the trailer / trailer!

Description:
With this additional module, both the lighting, with numerous light effects, and movements (servos and motors) can be controlled on a truck trailer / semitrailer.
The transmission of the (light) signals is wireless via an infrared diode. A connecting cable between truck and trailer / semi-trailer is therefore not necessary. However, a separate battery must be installed for the supply voltage in the trailer / semi-trailer.

This module is suitable for expanding the Beier modules SFR-1, USM-RC-2, USM-RC-3 and UFR-1230.
Lighting functions:
The LM-IR-16-4 has 16 switching outputs for lamps and LEDs, for example. 12 of the 16 outputs are a copy of the 12 switching outputs of the USM-RC-2. Various functions are available for the remaining 4 outputs, such as a 1- and 4-channel all-round light, a 4- and 8-channel running light and various speed cameras.

-Motor control:
The motor output on this light module can be used for direct control of e.g. prop motors, ramps or tilt functions. A switch for manual control of the motor output can optionally also be connected to the module.

Movement Functions:
In addition to the 16 switching outputs, there are also 4 servo outputs available to control various movements. Possible applications include the movement of semi-trailer supports, locking and unlocking a seat post, tilting movement for a tipper and many other movements.
In order to control other motors, speed controllers can also be connected to these servo outputs.
Another IR transmitter diode can be connected to the light module, which forwards the received IR signal 1: 1 to another light module.

This module comes with both the IR transmitter and the IR receiver!

The elimination of interference is particularly important if the trailer supports are also controlled! A ferrite ring should be used on the receiving diode as well as on the motor cable of the supports. Ferrite ring 11770 is recommended.
